JC and I spent the day on Sunday with my boarding school big sister (and that is a story unto itself) and her husband, who graciously took us sailing in Mission Bay in San Diego and then hosted a movie night in their backyard overlooking the canyon. Needless to say, the whole day was spectacular.
This was one of the most fun weekends in some time...sailing on mission bay with Captain Tony at the helm....amazing BBQ back at Tony and Laurel's house....and then movie night in the backyard of their house on lawn chairs. Emily found something interesting everywhere we went and captured the pure enjoyment of the day. Ohhh yeaaa....can't forget a shout out to Kai and Yogi...our dogs for the day. These two have personality to spare!!! Good times with good friends. We love you San Diego.
